In 1995 the former Dogrib Divisional Board of Education (now the Tłı̨chǫ Community Services Agency) contracted with Moe Strausberg, a talented photographer living in Behchokǫ̀ to travel through the four Tłı̨chǫ communities and take photographs of our elders.
